* Long-Term Stays (longer than 1 month)
We require a one month security deposit for seasonal reservations or reservations lasting longer than a month. The deposit will be applied to the last month of your scheduled reservation. This security deposit is not refundable if you change your mind without giving us at least a 30 day notice. In addition, we require a $100.00 electric security deposit on all reservations of one month or longer. This deposit will be applied to your last month’s electric bill. If there is a credit, it will be refunded at that time. We require a minimum of a four month reservation if your stay includes the months of December and or January. We usually keep a couple of sites available for shorter reservations during our winter season.

Please be aware that your site rental starts on the day of the reservation whether you are actually here or not…no exceptions! We do not issue refunds for early departures unless we can verify the reason is good and reasonable and exists due to conditions beyond your control. Reservations must be secured with a credit card.
